Patient Portal

Welcome to the "Patient Portal". We are pleased to make this user friendly innovative online service available to you. There is no cost for using the portal.

Logging In & Out

  • Before you use the patient portal you need to get a user name and password. You will receive an e-mail from reminders@eclinicalmail.com with these portal access credentials. If you do not get the e-mail, please remember to look at your Spam inbox where this might have gone. Alternatively, you may also call our office and after we properly identify you, we will give you the user name and password over the phone.

  • After you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password and answer a security question. You may change your password by clicking on change/reset password at a later time as well. Most of our patients prefer to change their password to something that they can remember easily.

  • On your first visit to the portal, you will need to agree to the 'Terms of Use' provisions. Please read these carefully. Among other things, you agree to use the portal only for non-emergency communications. Please call us on the phone for urgent or emergency situations.

  • We want to keep your health information secure and confidential. Therefore, the system will lock you out after 5 failed attempts to enter the portal. Call our office to unlock the portal.

  • If you forget your password, please call our office during business hours. We do not keep your password on file, but we can reset it to a new one for you if we are able to identify you on the phone. It takes 5-10 minutes for the password reset to become effective.

  • Be sure to log out when done.

Features/Services Available

  • Features: After logging in, you may choose any of the available functions in the left column.

  • Messages are returned throughout the day. You will receive an email when a reply message is waiting for you, and you will receive emails reminding you of your appointments.

  • Appointment reminders are emailed a few days before the appointment. Because email is regarded as not being very confidential, these reminders do not have the actual appointment information. You can see the details on the appointment by logging into the patient portal with your username and password. These reminders are automatic, and you do not need to sign up for them.

  • Several other functions are available on the portal. Currently, these include pre-registration, asking us questions, updating personal information, statements, personal health record (PHR), visit summary, new appointment request, and request rescheduling or cancellation of appointment. For any additional new functions, please refer to the patient portal that is enhanced and updated regularly.
